Our Story
Why We Are Called Backbenchers
In most classrooms, the back bench is where the written-off students sit: average marks, a backlog, a gap year or a degree outside computer science. Many of them are capable engineers who were simply never shown how the industry hires.
Backbenchers Academy was started in 2022 by working data and software professionals with more than 10 years in the industry to change that. Where you sat in class does not decide your career. Skills, projects and preparation do.
That belief shapes every course. Each one is built around a single outcome, your next job, which is also why eligible learners can choose Pay After Placement and settle the fee once they are hired.
