- Update your resume and job-portal profiles with the team’s feedback.
What our team does
- Runs mock interviews that mirror real technical rounds.
- Corrects answers, concepts and communication one by one.
- Helps shape an ATS-friendly resume and your Naukri and LinkedIn profiles.
Outcome: you are ready to face real interviews.

From Training to Employability
How We Build Job Readiness Beyond Course Completion
Job readiness is not measured by course completion. It comes from closing the gap between what a candidate knows, what the role demands and how that knowledge comes across in an interview.
Backbenchers works on those gaps in six stages, before and throughout the job search.
Starting Point Job Ready
-
01
Gap Identification
Stage 1: Identify the Starting Gap
The initial screening looks at technical readiness, communication, educational background and current career situation.
-
02
Role Alignment
Stage 2: Align Preparation With the Target Role
Every role tests different capabilities, so practice, projects and mock interviews stay tied to the role you chose.
-
03
Proof of Skill
Stage 3: Turn Technical Work Into Proof
Projects, GitHub work, practical exercises and technology exposure give candidates concrete material they can discuss during interviews.
-
04
Interview Feedback
Stage 4: Fix What Goes Wrong After Interviews
Real interview experiences become part of the preparation cycle. Weak answers, missed concepts and technical mistakes can be reviewed before the next opportunity.
-
05
Market Profile
Stage 5: Build a Market-Ready Candidate Profile
Resume structure, job-portal profiles, role positioning and application guidance help present the candidate more accurately to recruiters.
-
06
Independent Job Search
Stage 6: Reduce Dependence Over Time
The objective is not permanent handholding. Candidates are gradually expected to manage applications, interviews and future career decisions with greater independence.

- Records Your Track and Completion Date
The certificate confirms completion of Backbenchers Academy training. It is not a university degree or a government-accredited qualification.
Process Questions
How the Process Works: Common Questions
01 What happens in the screening call?
A short conversation about your background, goals and readiness, with a few basic questions on fundamentals and communication. It is not an exam. You leave with an eligibility decision and a recommended course.
02 What should I keep ready before the screening?
Your degree and year of passing, a short summary of any work experience or career gap, and the course you are interested in. If you are unsure which course fits, say so and the team will help you choose.
03 How long does the whole process take?
Training takes 3 months. Placement support then continues for up to 1 year while you apply and interview. How long the job search takes depends on your preparation, interviews and the job market.
04 How is the training delivered?
Online, through course material, hands-on projects and mentor sessions. Mentors clear doubts and run one-to-one mock interviews, and the screening call explains the weekly schedule for your course.
05 What is expected from me during the program?
Complete the modules and projects, attend mock interviews, apply and interview actively, and share feedback after each interview. Placement support depends on this participation.
Stage One Takes a Few Minutes
Share your details, and the team will set up your screening call. No payment, no commitment, and an honest answer on whether the program fits you.
