What background do the candidates have?
They are graduates, mostly freshers, along with some career switchers and candidates returning after a gap. Every one of them has finished 3 months of training in their track.
How do you screen candidates before sharing them?
Mentors assess each learner through project reviews and technical mock interviews during training. Before sharing a profile, we check it against your JD in a short technical conversation.
Can we use our own tests and interview rounds?
Yes. You run your usual assessment, technical and HR rounds, and we only schedule candidates and pass on feedback.
Do you have candidates for roles outside Pune?
Yes. Training runs online as well, so candidates come from across India. Tell us the job location and we will share only candidates who are ready to work there.
