What Is a Pay After Placement Course?
A pay after placement course is job training where you pay the course fee after you are hired, not before the first class. At Backbenchers Academy the fee is one fixed amount. It is shared with you privately, written into your terms before you enroll, and becomes payable only after you join a company in a role that counts as a placement under those terms.
Nothing is charged at screening, at enrollment or during the three months of training, and there is no registration fee or deposit. Because the academy earns its fee only when you are hired, the training, the mock interviews and the job search support all aim at one result: an offer you can accept.
That makes it different from an income share agreement (ISA), which takes a percentage of your salary for a set period, and from an upfront course, where the full fee is paid whether or not the course leads to a job.
